HomeMy WebLinkAboutExhibit AEXHIBIT "A" LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR STREET VACATIONS: That portion of SW 1st Street as shown on the plat of "BOSCOBLE", recorded in Plat Book 7 at Page 72 of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida which is bounded on the East by the Southerly prolongation of the East line of Lot 26, Block 2 of said "BOSCOBLE" and bounded on the West by the Southerly prolongation of the West line of Lot 14, Block 2 of said "BOSCOBLE", containing 32,932 square feet, more or less; AND That portion of the relocated SW 2nd Street, described in the Warranty Deed, recorded in Deed Book 1123 at Page 249, of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, as a strip of land 50 feet in width, the centerline being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the East property line of SW 25th Avenue (formerly known as Oakland Avenue) and the centerline of SW 2nd Street (formerly known as 14th Street), as shown on the plat of"CENTRAL PARK", recorded in Plat Book 5 at Page 57 of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida.; run Easterly along said centerline of SW 2nd Street, 30 feet, more or less; thence on a curve to the left, with a radius of 226 feet, and a central angle of 29051'30" to a point of reverse curve; continuing Easterly along a reverse curve with a radius of 226 feet, and a central angle of 29°51'30" to a point 60 feet North and 255.02 feet, more or less, East of the point of beginning; thence East, parallel with the centerline of said SW 2nd Street, 393 feet, more or less, to the West property line of SW 24th Avenue, containing 32,915 square feet, more or less; AND That portion of SW 2nd Street as shown on the plat of the REVISION OF KENILWORTH, recorded in Plat Book 5 at Page 115 of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, described as being: bounded on the Southeast by the Northwesterly line of Lot 159 of the said plat of the REVISION OF KENILWORTH; bounded on the North by the Westerly prolongation of the South right-of-way line of SW 2nd Street as shown abutting Lots. 65 through 69 of the said plat of the REVISION OF KENILWORTH; and bounded on the West by the Northerly prolongation of the West lines of Lots 153 through 159 of the said plat of the REVISION OF KENILWORTH, containing 3,029 square feet, more or less; AND A portion of SW 2nd Street as shown on the plat of the REVISION OF KENILWORTH, recorded in Plat Book 5 at Page 115 of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida together with a portion of SW 2nd Street and SW 24th Avenue as shown on the plat of "BOSCOBLE", recorded in Plat Book 7 at Page 72 of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, which is bounded on the South by the Westerly prolongation of the South right-of- way line of SW 2nd Street as shown abutting Lots 65 through 69 of the said plat of the REVISION OF KENILWORTH; and bounded on the West by the Westerly right-of-way line of SW 24th Avenue and its Southerly prolongation as shown on the said plat of "BOSCOBLE", and is bounded on the Northeast, by a 75.00 foot radius circular curve concave to the Northeast, said curve being tangent to the Westerly prolongation of the South right- of-way line of SW 2nd Street as shown abutting said Lots 65 through 69 of the said plat of the REVISION OF KENILWORTH and tangent to the Westerly right-of-way line of SW 24th Avenue as shown on the said plat of "BOSCOBLE", containing 1,206 square feet, more or less. LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR RESERVATION VACATION: That certain reservation to lay, erect and maintain pipes, wires and poles on and along the East and West centerline of Block 7 as noted on the plat of "CENTRAL PARK", recorded in Plat Book 5 at Page 57 of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida.
