Background Information: The FDOT is installing landscape, irrigation and landscape lighting along Biscayne Boulevard from Northeast 15th Street to Northeast 35th Terrace. The attached Agreement will transfer maintenance responsibilities for these improvements to the City in perpetuity at an estimated cost of $100,000 annually.
