Resolution:
AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN ZONING ORDINANCE NO.
11000, THE ZONING BOARD GRANTED THE APPEAL BY PAUL J. SCHWIEP ON
BEHALF OF KARL AND BARBARA LANGE, THEREBY DENYING THE CLASS II
SPECIAL PERMIT APPLICATION NO, 08-0138, ISSUED BY THE PLANNING
DIRECTOR ON NOVEMBER 7, 2008, TO ALLOW A RESTAURANT, FOR THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3484 MAIN HIGHWAY, LEGALLY
DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-
DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED SD -2 COCONUT GROVE CENTRAL
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT AND NCD -3 COCONUT GROVE NEIGHBORHOOD
CONSERVATION DISTRICT.
