This Substantial Modification of a MUSP will be comprised of a mixed use 21 story Office Tower with 16,988 square feet of retail and 1,473 parking spaces. The Civica Tower property is the ideal location to provide offices to support the medical, health and related uses of the City of Miami's Health District. The original MUSP Resolution R-06-0736 was approved and adopted by the City of Miami Commission on December 14, 2006, and reviewed and approved by the Office of the City Attorney on January 19, 2007.
