Allocating funds from the various sources of funds of the user department, subject to availability of funds and budgetary approval at time of need. Background Information: The City of Miami has a need to procure Summer Food Services, for the Department of Parks & Recreation. On April 16, 2009, the Purchasing Department issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB No. 141109). As required by the Procurement Code, the IFB was advertised and issued on-line. On May 1, 2009, at the bid opening, one (1) bid was submitted, and the bid has been tabulated. The Purchasing Department is recommending award to Master Host d/b/a Greater Miami Catering, the sole responsive and responsible bidder, per bid specifications.
