A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY RELATIONS BOARD FOR
TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Community
Relations Board, to serve a term ending May 13, 2012, or until the nominating Commissioner
leaves office, whichever occurs first; further waiving the attendance requirements in Section 2-886
of the Code of the City of Miami, as amended, by a four/fifths (4/5ths) vote of the members of the
full City Commission, as it relates to past absences on record for Haydee Wheeler as a member of
the Community Relations Board.
