TOWER #I WILL HAVE A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 603 FEET, 0 INCHES A.G.L. (607 FEET, 0 INCHES A.M.S.L.) AT THE TOP OF THE PARAPET. TOWER # 2 WILL HAVE A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 543 FEET, 0 INCHES A.G.L. (550 FEET, 0 INCHES A.M.S.L.) AT THE TOP OF THE PARAPET; MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND STATING CONCLUSIONS OF LAW; PROVIDING FOR BINDING EFFECT; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
