Part 92) by April 30, 200$_, or such later date as may be approved by the City Commission of the City of Miami. 6. The sales price of the Homers shall not exceed $236,000.00 per unit. 7 The Property is subject to all restrictions as slated in Resolution 05-0357 adopted by the City Commission on May 26; 2005, To Have and To Hold, the same together with all and singular tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the. estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity, and claim whatsoever of the Grantor, father in law or in equity, to the use, benefit and behalf of the L rantee forever.
