Dear Ms Pinkhasov:
We are requesting an extension of the completion date (sale houses) requirement from April 30,
2008 to December 31, 2008 for the following properties:
1. 1533 NW 58`h Terrace (House is 100% complete with a Certificate of Occ-upancy )
2 1543 NW 59`h Street (House is 95% complete)
3. 166 NW 60'h Street (House is 95% complete)
4. 1610 NW 60`h Street (House is 95% complete
As you are aware Miami Dade County has changed their policy of providing 2"0 mortgages to low
income buyers giving priority to Dade County infill program. This has created problems with all
City owned land projects. All of our properties have contracts and the clients have been
approved by Sun -Trust Bank. Two of the properties 1533 NW 58`h Terrace (Ms. Tanya Johnson)
and 1600 NW 60'h Street (Ms. Vicky Jones) have been approved by the City of Miami as well.
We are working very close with Mayor Diaz, Commissioner Spence -Jones and City Manager
Pete Hernandez to close as soon as possible. However, since the contract states that we must
have a project completion date before April 30, 2008 and the City's definition of completion date
is the sale of the house we want to make sure we do not have a problem at time of closing if
Miami Dade County does not close on these loans by April 30. 2008.
We are also requesting an extension of completion date for the property located at 6020 NW 15`h
Avenue from April 30, 2008 to December 31, 2008. This property 1s in the class fl permit process.
