Background Information: The Department of Public Works has reviewed this plat and has determined that it is now in order for acceptance by the City Commission. The specific intent of this Plat is to close and vacate a portion of each of two (2) 5 -foot wide utility easements, which abut each other, in order to accommodate the existing enlarged house. The proposed record plat entitled BAY POINT FRONT is a replat of the property described in the attached Legal Description. The area platted consists of one (1) lot containing approximately 32,178 square feet ( f an acre). It is zoned R-1. Budget Impact Analysis NO Is this item related to revenue?
