Subject: A resolution accepting the proposed plat of BAY POINT FRONT, which is located along
Sabal Palm Road opposite Myrica Lane in the Bay Point community
.Purpose of Item:
The purpose is for the City Commission to adopt a resolution accepting the proposed plat of BAY
POINT FRONT and approving recording the same in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County,
Florida.
Background Information:
The Department of Public Works has reviewed this plat and has determined that it is now in order for
acceptance by the City Commission. The specific intent of this Plat is to close and vacate a portion of
each of two (2) 5 -foot wide utility easements, which abut each other, in order to accommodate the
existing enlarged house.
The proposed record plat entitled BAY POINT FRONT is a replat of the property described in the
attached Legal Description. The area platted consists of one (1) lot containing approximately 32,178
square feet ( f an acre). It is zoned R-1.
