Marine Stadium Seawall Replacement — Phase I
Project Description:
The Marine Stadium Seawall Replacement Project - Phase I will include but is not limited to
project design and engineering; preparation of construction plans; and permitting services for
the replacement of approximately 390 linear feet of seawall along Biscayne Bay. The Marine
Stadium Marina is one of South Florida's largest full-service dry storage facilities; the 300 berth
marina is capable of handling vessels to 45 feet with a gross vessel weight of 18,000 pounds.
Project Location:
The Marine Stadium Seawall Replacement Project is sited adjacent to the City's Marine
Stadium Marine, located on Virginia Key (Latitude 25.39.1 N / Longitude 80.09.1 W). The
Marina is located at Statute Mile 1092 on the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway (ICW). The facility's
physical address is 3501 Rickenbacker Causeway, Miami, FL, 33149.
