INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE ZONING BOARD FOR A TERM AS
DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Zoning Board,
to serve a term ending on March 11, 2010, or until the nominating Commissioner leaves office,
