A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE NUISANCE ABATEMENT BOARD FOR
TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Nuisance
Abatement Board, each to serve terms expiring March 11, 2010, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.
