Local 1907 Memorandum of Understanding Purpose of Item: Attached please find a resolution with attached Memorandum of Understanding, entered into by the City of Miami and AFSCME, Local 1907, and ratified by AFSCME, Local 1907 regarding the following: When funds are available and at the discretion of the respective department directors some employees shall be provided, either: (a) a City -issued cellular telephone, or (b) a cellular telephone allowance. The City -issued cellular telephone or cellular telephone allowance may be terminated/taken away by the City at any time after issuance.
