MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI ("CITY') AND
AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY, AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES, LOCAL 1907,
ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED AS EXHIBIT "A," PROVIDING SOME EMPLOYEES WITH
EITHER A CITY -ISSUED CELLULAR TELEPHONE OR A CELLULAR TELEPHONE
ALLOWANCE WHEN FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE AND AT THE DISCRETION OF THE
RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR, AND PROVIDING THE CITY WITH THE AUTHORITY
TO TERMINATE THE USE OF CITY -ISSUED CELLULAR TELEPHONES OR CELLULAR
TELEPHONE ALLOWANCES AT ANY TIME AFTER ISSUANCE.
