Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with
reasonable notice of, and an opportunity to comment on, any amendments to funding of HUD programs. The public is advised of
the proposed amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s)) indicated below: * t $
Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the conveyance of the City of Miami owned parcels of land located at 1301 NE
111 Street, 11115 NE 13 Avenue, 1075 NE 149 Street, 1095-97 NE 149 Street and 13950-52 NE 11 Avenue; authorizing the
allocation of $500,000 from the Fiscal Year 2008-2009 Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Program funds to
assist in part With the rehabilitation of the Life Quest facility to Miami Beach Community Development Corporation.
Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the approval of the amendments to the agreement for the Housing Opportunities
for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Program.
Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the assignment of the City of Miami owned parcels of land located at NW 7
Street between NW 5`h and NW 6t' Avenue from Madison Housing II, Ltd. to Madison Housing, Ltd.; the extension of the
construction commencement date from August 20, 2009 to December 31, 2009 and extension of construction completion date to
December 31, 2011 and thereafter; extension of the option to terminate conveyance documents from February 28, 2009 to June
30, 2009 With Madison Housing, Ltd.
Discussion and proposed resolution rescinding Resolution 08-0253, relating to the conveyance of a six (6) unit property located
at 1371 NW 61 Street for the development of supportive housing for female youth transferring out of Florida's foster care system;
approving the IRS Safe Harbor Lease Agreement between the City of Miami and Miami's River of Life Inc. in connection With the
property located at 1371 NW 61 Street for the development of a transitional independent living facility.
The adoption of this Ordinance/Resolution, by the City Commission, authorizes the City Manager to draft/ amend the appropriate City of Miami annual Action Plan.

and ends Wednesday, March 11, 2009. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to City Commission for approval on Thursday, March 12, 2009 (public hearing).

received no later than March 11, 2009. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the handicapped.

Public Hearing date.
