AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE TO MIAMI BEACH COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, WITH PARCEL REVERTER PRO

WHEREAS, pursuant to R lution No. 0 25 opted May 8, 2008, the Miami City
Commission authorized the acce nce of conv nce from MOVERS, Inc. to the City of Miami

standing with the City; and

WHEREAS, the Administration recommends the conveyance to Miami Beach CDC with parcel
reverter provisions of the City -owned parcels of land located at 1301 Northeast 111th Street, 11115
Northeast 13th Avenue, 1075 Northeast 149th Street, 1095-97 Northeast 149th Street, and 14950-52
Norheast 11th Avenue, Miami, Florida, as legally described on Exhibit "A", attached and incorporated,
along with $500,000 in HOPWA program funds in order to assist with the rehabilitation of th
Properties; and
WHEREAS, the Administration also recommends that the conveyance of the
