DESCRIPTION: This project includes the removal of deteriorated, damaged or unsafe concrete sidewalks
and construction of new concrete
sidewalks and handicap ramps for the C, ram upg rade. The

in the sidewalk area, curb and gutter construction, and trimming and removal of
tree roots, as necessary, in order to prevent future damese
to the new concrete sidewalk, driveways or access ramps, as directed by the City
Engineer.
This project is for a one year term with option to renew for four additional one year term periods pending on
the availability of funding and the contractors performance.
