Notes: The Planning Advisory Board recommended denial of the Change of Land Use on June
18, 2008 by a vote of 5-3. The Planning Advisory Board made a separate motion stating that if
the City Commission, at its discretion, accepts a covenant with a specific set of plans for this
project and grants the land use change, the PAB has no objection.
