LETTER OF INTENT
Lear Mrs. Gelabert-Sanchez:
This letter of intent is a part of and supplements the above referenced applications by
P.O.R. INVESTMENTS LLC requesting to amend the Miami Comprehensive
Neighborhood Plan from "medium density multifamily residential" to "restricted
commercial". In addition, applicant is also requesting to amend the Zoning Atlas from
"R-3"to "C-1 "tl 'Mese :requests are applicable to the property located at 362$ NW 215'
Ct. Miami, Florida.
The subject property is a parcel of land containing; approximately .44 acres. There are
presently tree buildings on the property. The abutting property to the north is presently
zone C-2_ The adjacent property to the west is zoned C-1.
In order to assure the City of miami Commission s property is going to be
