Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan, pursuant to
Small Scale Amendment Procedures subject to
§163.3187, Florida Statutes, by changing the land use
designation of the acreage described herein of real
property located at approximately 3628 Northwest
21st Court, Miami, Florida, from Medium Density
Multifamily Residential to Restricted Commercial;
making findings; directing transmittals to affected
agencies; containing a severability clause; and
providing for an effective date. [Commissioner Angel
Gonzalez - District 1 ]

RECOMMENDATION Denial.

PLANNING ADVISORY BOARD Recommended denial to City Commission on June
18, 2008 by a vote of 5-3. Also recommended that if
the City Commission, at its discretion, accepts a
covenant with a specific set of plans for this project
and grants the land use change, the Planning
Advisory Board has no objection, by a vote of 6-2.
CITY COMMISSION Passed First Reading on January 29, 2009.
