PLANNING ADVISORY BOARD Recommended denial to City Commission on June 18, 2008 by a vote of 5-3. Also recommended that if the City Commission, at its discretion, accepts a covenant with a specific set of plans for this project and grants the land use change, the Planning Advisory Board has no objection, by a vote of 6-2.
