THE CITY OF MIAMI, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF
DISTRICT REGULATIONS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FROM C-1 RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL TO C-2
LIBERAL COMMERCIAL.
Purpose: This will change the above properties to C-2 Liberal Commercial.

Planning Department: Recommended denial.

Note(s): The Planning Advisory Board recommended denial of the Land Use Change on
September 19, 2007 by a vote of 7-0.
Zoning Board: Continued indefinitely on October 29, 2007. Recommended approval to City
Commission on September 8, 2008 by a vote of 5-1.
City Commission: Passed First Reading on December 11, 2008.
