Florida from "Medium -Density Multifamily
Residential" to "Restricted Commercial".

RECOMMENDATION Denial.

ANALYSIS See supporting documentation.
PLANNING ADVISORY BOARD Recommended denial to City Commission on July
16, 2008 by a vote of 7-2. Also recommended by a
vote of 6-3 that if the City Commission is inclined to
approve the Major Use Special Permit (MUSP),
including the Land Use Change with a specific set
of plans with no commercial intrusion into the
residential area (as approved in the plans for
MUSP 07-00797mu), the Planning Advisory Board
has no objection to the approval of the Land Use
Change.
