A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AUTHORIZING THE
WAIVER OF FEES, AS STATED HEREIN, IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,470, FOR THE
USE OF THE MIAMI ROWING CLUB, ON SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2009, FOR
THE BLUE BLAZER BANQUET AND ON SATURDAY, MARCH 07, 2009, FOR THE
36TH ANNUAL MIAMI INTERNATIONAL REGATTA,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The waiver of fees, in the total amount of $4,4470, consisting of the following:
• Facility Rental
City of Miami
• Staff
$ 2,060
• Vendor fee
Legislation
• Bleachers
$ 180
• Beer and Wine Permit
$ 350
• Use of City Land

is authorized, for the use of the Miami Rowing Club, on February 21, 2009, for the Blue Blazer
Banquet and on Saturday, March 07, 2009, for the 36th Annual Miami International Regatta.
Section. 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of
the Mayor.{1}

{1 } If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar days
from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become
