A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION ON THE STATUS OF
WOMEN FOR TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Donna Milo Mayor Manuel A. Diaz
Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Commission
on the Status of Women, each to serve a term ending February 11, 2010, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first; further waiving the attendance requirements in
Section 2-886 of the Code of the City of Miami, as amended, by a four/fifths (4/5ths) vote of the
members of the full City Commission, as it relates to past absences on record for Donna Milo as a
member of the Commission on the Status of Women.

the Mayor's signature nor the City Attorney's review and approval.
