We are pleased to forward the Firm Commitment for Capital Advance Financing for the subject
project together with Forms HUD -92264 and 92264-A.
You are hereby notified that Capital Advance Authority in the amount of $8,942,100 is reserved for
this project. Also, Project Rental Contract (PRAC) Authority in the amount of $234,900 and PRAC Budget
Authority in the amount of $1,174,500 is reserved for this project.
For your reference, we are enclosing a copy of the Closing Exhibit List to be used for submitting the
Initial Closing documents. Please direct the closing attorney to submit five complete sees of documents to
our Housing Closing Coordinator, Ms. Marla .Randall. If you have any questions regarding closing, Ms.
