Director. City Manager. //( Vo Subject: To execute a Revocable License Agreement (RLA) between the City of Miami ("City") and a/k/a the Police Garage. Information: New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC ("Cingular") is a for profit, Delaware Limited Liability Company which currently maintains an antennae cell site at the city -owned Police Garage located at 400 NW 2nd Avenue, Miami, Florida. This entity is the surviving business entity from the merger of AT & T Wireless Services of Florida, Inc. and Cingular Wireless and manages the antennae cell site operations for the surviving entity. he City administration renegotiated a higher monthly Use Fee from $1,914.42 monthly to $2,350.00 monthly as compromise for the Licensee's request for lowering of the annual escalator from 5% to 3% due to a radical range in the market dynamics. The 3% is further more representative of the average annual increase in CPI over e last seven years. The Administration now wishes to terminate the existing RLA with the Licensee and execute a new RLA which includes the renegotiated terms and conditions.
