LETTER OF ECONOMIC HARDSHIP
The current zoning unit for a (1) bedroom unit is now a minimum of 500 SF and
in order to comply., she building would have t be significantly modified, costly,
and will be too small to meet the size requirements and therefore not good
rental property.
The existing property of units is in conformity with the neighborhood
standards and the variance requested for setback waiver is acceptable t
adjacent property owners. With the above in mind, it is ray hope that this
application be considered for approval.
