Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the extension of the construction commencement date from October 31, 2008 to

Housing Development, Inc. XVII for the La Palma Apartments project located 1040 SW 1 st Street.

and ends Wednesday, January 14, 2009. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to City Commission for approval on Thursday, January 15, 2009 (public hearing).

received no later than January 14, 2009. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the handicapped.
