A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION ACCEPTING THE BID
RECEIVED NOVEMBER 17, 2008, PURSUANT TO INVITATION FOR BIDS NO.
108049, FROM BEST PHOTO LAB, FOR PHOTO FILM PROCESSING SERVICES,
ON AN AS -NEEDED BASIS, FOR AN INITIAL PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR, WITH
THE OPTION TO RENEW FOR FOUR (4) ADDITIONAL ONE-YEAR PERIODS;
ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM THE VARIOUS SOURCES OF FUNDS FROM THE
USER DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES, SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF
FUNDS AND BUDGETARY APPROVAL AT TIME OF NEED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid received November 17, 2008, pursuant to Invitation for Bids No. 108049, from
Best Photo Lab, for Photo Film Processing Services, for an initial period of one (1) year, with the
option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods, is accepted, with funds allocated from the
various sources of funds from the user departments and agencies, subject to the availability of funds
and budgetary approval at time of need.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and signature of
the Mayor. {1 }
Footnotes:
{1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar
days from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become
effective immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
