NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Commissioners ("Board") of the Southeast Overtown/Park
West Community Redevelopment Agency ("SEOPW CRA') will hold a
Public Hearing on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. or anytime
thereafter in the City Commission chambers located at Miami City Hall,
3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133. The Board will consider
the allocation of funding to Touching Miami With Love Ministries,
Inc., to support with training and certification programming.
In accordance with the SEOPW CRA 2018 Redevelopment Plan Update
("Plan") and Florida Statutes 163, the Board will consider the allocation
of funding, in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Thousand Dollars
and Zero Cents ($200,000.00) for support for training programs which,
among other things include, health and wellness enrichment, financial
literacy, work readiness and job skills training to youth residents within
the redevelopment area preparing for college and the workforce.

This action is being considered pursuant to Sections 18-85 (a) of
the Code of the City of Miami, Florida as amended ("Code"). The
recommendation and findings to be considered in this matter are set
forth in the proposed resolution and in Code Sections 18-85 (a), which
are deemed to be incorporated by reference herein, and are available
as with the scheduled SEOPW CRA Board meeting on Thursday,
January 25, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. or anytime thereafter in the City
Commission chambers located at Miami City Hall, 3500 Pan American
Drive, Miami, FL 33133.
All comments and questions with respect to the meeting and remote

the Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, that
person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made,
including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be
based (F.S. 286.0105).
