The enclosure includes lobbyist registration forms. acknowledgement by applicant, disclosures of ownerships, affidavit of authority to act, confirmation of 500' radius map for public hearing noticing, fees paid, and no open code violations. Upon approval, the complete 76-page Supporting Document for the above -referenced Development Agreement will be provided to the City Clerk's Office for distribution to the Mayor and all Commissioners.
