INTER -OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Members of the City Commission
SUBJECT: Substitution of RE.10 on the
December 14, 2023, City
Commission Meeting
Amend - Resolution No, R-23-0271
FROM: Miguel Gabcla, City Commissioner REFERENCES:
District 1
ENCLOSURES: Updated Legislation
Item RE.10 on the December 7, 2023, City Commission Meeting Agenda proposes to
change the City Commission District map to move one property (the property has two folio
numbers and legal descriptions) from District 3 into District 1. This substitution will move three
additional properties from District 3 into District 1,
The City previously adopted Resolution No. R-23-0271 which removed from District 1
four properties that had continuously been located in that District since the City Commission
adopted Resolution No. 97-495. Placing the said four properties back into District 1 will restore
to the community its previous integrity without the artificial split caused by Resolution No. R-
23-0271.
