2. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the allocating program income from Home Investment
Partnerships ("HOME") funds generated from August 1, 2023, to September 30, 2023, in the amount
$701.59 and an additional amount of $184,753.00 of recaptured funds for a total amount of $185,454.59,

4. Discuss and proposed resolution approving the City of Miami Department of Housing and Community
Development's Affordable Housing Incentive Strategies ("Strategies") as recommended by the Affordable
Housing Advisory Committee ("AHAC") and as required by Section 420.9076, Florida Statutes.
5. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the transfer of Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG")
administration, Housing Opportunities for Persons with Aids ("HOPWA") program delivery, Home Investment
Partnerships ("HOME") administration funds to Sunshine for All, Inc., for each of the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 fiscal
years as specified below, subject to the availability of funding to provide Housing Quality Standard Inspection Services
for the City of Miami's Multifamily Affordability Housing and First Time Homebuyer program.

The review and comment period begins
on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, and ends on Wednesday, December
13, 2023. The proposed
amendment(s) will be presented to the
City Commission for approval on Thursday, December 14, 2023. Draft copies of the agenda items will be available at the City of Miami
Department of Housing and Community Development office located at 14 NE 1 Avenue, 2 Floor, Miami, FL 33132 (HCD Address).
Comments to amendment(s) must be submitted to: nancyromani@miamigov.com, Attn: Nancy Romani, and must be received no later
than December 11, 2023. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the
handicapped. Requests for special accommodation may be directed to 305-416-2080 no later than three (3) business days prior to the
public hearing date.
