IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO CITY ATTORNEY, BETWEEN THE CITY, MIAMI-DADE COUNTY ("COUNTY"), AND THE OMNI CRA IN ORDER TO EXPAND THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OMNI CRA TO THE STUDY AREAS AND EXTEND THE UFE OF THE OMNI CRA TO 2047; FURTHER DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO WORK WITH THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE OMNI CRA TO TRANSMIT A COPY OF THIS LEGISLATION TO THE COUNTY FOR FURTHER LEGISLATIVE ACTION. A public hearing on the resolution will be held at a Special Miami City Commission Meeting on June 12. 2023, at 2:00 p.m. or soon thereafter at Miami City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami. Florida 33133. Comments and questions with respect to the proposed resolution should be addressed to Melissa Fernandez-Stiers.
