Enclosed is an agreement, together with resolution, for
the acceptance of golf tee console units. National Golf
Media, Inc. , has offered free of charge the supplying of
eighteen (18) golf tee console units for each of the City's
Melreese Golf Course and Miami Country Club.
These attractive consoles are full -service units for our
golfers on the teeing area, including ball wash, towels,
spike cleaner, trash disposal, and informative sign.
The units also include advertising on a designated portion,
which will be tasteful and unoffensive and to be reviewed
and approved by the City prior to distribution. (See
enclosed copy of photo)
As a result of our recommendation to accept this offer
(enclosed), I was directed to submit this item to the
Purchasing Division for bid. Purchasing found National
Golf Media, Inc., to be the sole company making such an
offer and that the firm had agreed to furnish the consoles
with no expense or income accrued to the City. It was
Purchasing Division's recommendation that an agreement
be prepared between the City and National. Golf Media, Inc.

WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, NGM has offered to supply the CITY with eighteen
