A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY P.N.M, CORPORATION AT A TOTAL
COST OF $335532,25 FOR THE BUENA VISTA
COMMUNITY DEVELOPI4EIJT PAVING PROJECT -PHASE II
(BID "B" DRAINAGE); AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL
PAYMENT OF $3, 498.12
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated November 2,
1977 between the City of Miami and P.N.M. CORPORATION; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily com-
pleted, and P.N.M. Corporation has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor and materials have
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manal er and the Department of Public
Works recommend that the completed work be accepted and final
payment made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF I•iIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by P.N.M.
Corporation for the BUENA VISTA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PAVING
PROJECT -PHASE II (BID "B" - DRAINAGE) at a total cost of INt3,31532. 25

are hereby authorized to pay 43,498.12 to P.N.M. Corporation as
full and final payment for all work performed and all materials
furnished in connection with BUENA VISTA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

BUENA VISTA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
PAVING PROJECT -PHASE II (BID "B" -
DRAINAGE)
NC LEI:
P.N.M. Corporation has completed the project consisting of
constructing a covered ditch drainage system in an area
bounded by U.W. 5-6 Avenues and between the Airport Express-
way and N.W. 43 Street. This storm drainage work was con-
structed in coordination with a paving improvement also
within the above -named district boundaries. The original
contract amount was for $48,038.50, but the completed
contract amount is $33,532.25, and it was completed on time.
It is now in order for the Commission to accept the completed
work and authorize final payment, after all conditions are met.
THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDS THE ADOPTION OF A
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK AND AUTHORIZING A
FINAL PAYMENT OF $3,498.12 TO P.N.M. CORPORATION FOR THE
BUENA VISTA COIMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PAVING PROJECT -PHASE II
(BID "B" - DRAINAGE) PROJECT.
