The services you have performed for this community as Film Industry Consultant for Metropolitan Dade County have been exceptional. I personally feel that your opinions, correspondence and advice are in keep- ing with the high quality of your performance in the past. I would hope that whatever differences you might have with any member of the City Administration or Commission would be kept on a non -personal basis. The points that you have brought out regarding the International Film Festiv have been very valuable. By copy of this letter, I am asking the City Clero send you a copy of the final Resolution passed. It is my hope that the Resolu- tion reflects and touches upon all of your misgivings. If it doesn't, I would be grateful for your further advice in improving it, so that the City of Miami is properly protected and will not be embarrassed at any time.
