HomeMy WebLinkAboutM-78-0525GMM/ts 5/18/78 ORDINANCE NO4 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 6871, THE COMPRE- HENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF MIAMI, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF W10' LOT 6 AND ALL OF LOT 7, BLOCK 3; BAYSIDE PARK AMD (2-40), BEING APPROXIMATELY 236 N.E. 20TH TERRACE, FROM C-4 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) TO C-1 (LOCAL COMMERCIAL) ; AND BY MAKING THE NECESSARY CHANGES IN THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP MADE A PART OF THE SAID ORDINANCE NO. 6871 BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE III, SECTION 2 THEREOF; BY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS, OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT; AND CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY PROVISION. WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting May 10, 1978, Item #1, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 24-78 by a 7 to 0 vote recommending a change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, one objector was present at the meeting; and WHEREAS, the City Commission, after careful consideration and due deliberation of this matter, deems it advisable and in the best interests of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to amend said Ordinance, as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE "DOCUMENT INDEX CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, the C mp e ler t Ordinance for the City rr 9 of Miami be, and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification of W10' Lot 6 and all of Lot 7, Block 3; BAYSIDE PARK AMD (2-40), being approximately 236 N.E. 20th Terrace, from C-4 (General Commercial) to C-1 (Local Commercial); and by making the necessary changes in the Zoning District Map made a part of said Ordinance No. 6871 by reference and description in Article III, Section 2 thereof. Section 2.
