To serve this area, the Department of Public Works has designed the CITY WIDE SANITARY SEWER EXTENSIONS IMPROVEMENT SR-5448-C (Centerline Sewer) as an assessable improvement under Section 56 of the City Charter. THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDS ADOPTION OF THE RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CITY WIDE SANITARY SEWER EXTENSIONS IMPROVEMENT SR-5448-C (Centerline Sewer). 78- 48 t FACT SHEET JOB NAME: City Wide Sanitary Sewer Extensions Improvement SR-5448-C JOB SCOPE: Construction of a sanitary seWer improvement by a private contractor under contract with the City of Miami at an estimated total cost o•f $500,000. SIZE OF AREA: Approximate Acres Approximate Population 36 - 3800 SOURCE OF FUNDS: G.O. Bonds - sanitary sewers PROJECT HISTORY: This improvement will provide sanitary sewer service to isolated unsewered pockets of relatively small size, located within a part of the City which is generally sewered at the present time.
