RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY BIG CHIEF, INC. AT A TOTAL
COST OF $32,192.00 FOR THE CONVENTION
CENTER - BUILDING DEMOLITION - PHASE II
(PATRICIA HOTEL); AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL
PAYMENT OF :113,219.20
WHEREAS, there exits a contract dated May 23,
between the City
of Miami and Bir Chief, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed,
And Bip. Chief, Inc. has furnished the required documents
that all bills for labor and materials have
been paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract;
and
WHEREAS, the City Manarer and the Department of
public Works recommend that the completed work be accepted,
and final payment made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF

8ig Chief, Inc. has completed the project consisting of
demolition and removal of the nine -story Patricia Hotel
located at 312 S. E. 2 Avenue. The oric*Inal contract
amount was "or $33,192.00, but the completed contract
amount is $32,192.00, and it was comnleted on time.
It is now in order for the Commission to accent the
completed work and authorize final payment, arter all
conditions are met,
THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDS THE ADOPTION OF
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK AND AUTHORIZING
