WHEREAS, the City Code of the City of Miami, Florida, provides detailed requirements for the issuance of a City of Miami Waste Collections License; and WHEREAS, it appears that County Waste, Inc.; North Dade Sanitation Service, Inc.; and Rafael & Roberto Trash Service, Inc. have applied for such a License and have met or have represented under oath that they will meet, within the required period of time, the requirements of said Code: NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF TIIE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. The License Division, Finance Department, City of Miami', is hereby authorized to issue a Waste Collection License to County Waste, Inc.; North Dade Sanitation Service, Inc. and Rafael & Roberto Trash Service, Inc.; and the said companies may commence doing business thereunder upon full compliance with Chapter 20 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida. I have inspected two rear load carbaoe trucks; they have valid inspection stickers and current tads and aonear to be in stood working condition. They meet state, county, and city regulations.
