RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT
AN1) OPERATE AN ADDITION TO THE PRESENT FIRE STATION
#1.0 ON NORTHERLY 1/2 OF 20' PUBLIC ALLEY (PROPOSED
TO BE VACATED) LYING NORTHERLY OF LOTS 9 AND 10,
BLOCK 3, WHITEHEAD AND BLAIR SUB (44-78), BEING
APPROXIMATELY 4101 N.W. 7TH STREET, INCLUDING THE
PUBLIC ALLEY PROPOSED TO BE VACATED, PER ARTICLE XXI-2
GU (GOVERNMENTAL USE), SECTION 3(1-2); ZONED GU (GOVERN-
MENTAL USE) EXCEPT FOR THE NORTHERLY 1/2 OF THE ALLEY
(PROPOSED TO BE VACATED) WHICH IS ZONED R-1 (ONE
FAMILY DWELLING) AND PROPOSED TO BE REZONED GU (GOVERN-
MENTAL USE).

WHEREAS, the City Commission, after careful consideration
and due deliberation of this matter, deems it advisable and in
the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami
and its inhabitants to grant said permission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Permission to construct and

alley (proposed to be vacated) lying northerly of Lots 9 and 10,
Block 3, WHITEHEAD AND BLAIR SUB (44-78), being approximately
4101 N.W. 7th Street, including the public alley proposed to
be vacated, per Article XXI-2 GU (Governmental Use), Section
3(1-2); zoned GU (Governmental Use) except for the northerly
1/2 of the alley (proposed to be vacated) which is zoned R-1
(One Family Dwelling) and proposed to be rezoned GU (Governmental
Use), be and the same is hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28 day of SEPTEMBER

Section 3(1-2); zoned GU (Governmental Use) except for the northerly
15 of the alley (proposed to be vacated) which is zoned R-1 (One Family
Dwelling) and proposed to be rezoned GU (Governmental Use).
There were no objections.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this Governmental Use has been prepared
by the City Attorney's office and submitted for consideration of the
City Commission.
