A RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT AN1) OPERATE AN ADDITION TO THE PRESENT FIRE STATION #1.0 ON NORTHERLY 1/2 OF 20' PUBLIC ALLEY (PROPOSED TO BE VACATED) LYING NORTHERLY OF LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 3, WHITEHEAD AND BLAIR SUB (44-78), BEING APPROXIMATELY 4101 N.W. 7TH STREET, INCLUDING THE PUBLIC ALLEY PROPOSED TO BE VACATED, PER ARTICLE XXI-2 GU (GOVERNMENTAL USE), SECTION 3(1-2); ZONED GU (GOVERN- MENTAL USE) EXCEPT FOR THE NORTHERLY 1/2 OF THE ALLEY (PROPOSED TO BE VACATED) WHICH IS ZONED R-1 (ONE FAMILY DWELLING) AND PROPOSED TO BE REZONED GU (GOVERN- MENTAL USE). W. 7th Street, including the public alley proposed to be vacated, per ARTICLE XXI-2 GU (Governmental Use), Section 3(1-2); zoned GU (Governmental Use) except for the northerly 15 of the alley (proposed to be vacated) which is zoned R-1 (One Family Dwelling) and proposed to be rezoned GU (Governmental Use). There were no objections.
