That the September 6, 1978 bid of Pneumatic Concrete, Inc. in the proposed amount of $23,000.00 for the project entitled MARINE STADIUM - STRUCTURAL REPAIRS - 1978 for the Base Bid plus 70 additional units of Item 2 of the Proposal is hereby accepted at the price stated therein to cover the cost of said Contract.
