THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 39-13.1 of the Code of the City of Miami Florida, is hereby amended by revising the last paragraph thereof to read follows: 'Green fees for residents and nonresidents of the City are as follows: Summer months 1/ Green fees 18 Holes Twilight Electric Cart rental fees 18 Holes 2/ Winter months Green fees 18 Holes Twilight $4 00 plus State tax $3.00 plus State tax $8 50 plus State tax plus 500 City tax $6 00 plus State tax $3 00 plus State tax Electric Cart rental fees 18 Holes $9 50 plus State tax plus 500 City tax Special Rates (a) Special package for electric cart rental and green fees during summer months only Monday through Friday -all day $11.00 plus State tax Sat, , Sun., & Holidays (afternoon) $11.00 plus State tax The above rate will carry an exemption from the 500 City tax on golf cart. sr�rc+e+wree�rwe.w trr+aw<!a'ere*r. Section 2. All ordinances, code sections or part thereof in conflict herewith, insofar as they are in conflict, are hereby repealed. Section 3. If any section, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is for any reason held or declared to be unconstitional, inoperative or void, such holdings or invalidity shall not affect the remaining portion of this ordinance. These revisions are minimal and are comparable to other golf courses throughout the County: 1.
