MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 39-13.1 of the Code of the City of Miami
Florida, is hereby amended by revising the last paragraph thereof to read
follows:
'Green fees for residents and nonresidents of the City are
as follows:
Summer months 1/
Green fees
18 Holes
Twilight
Electric Cart rental fees
18 Holes
2/
Winter months
Green fees
18 Holes
Twilight
$4 00 plus State tax
$3.00 plus State tax
$8 50 plus State tax
plus 500 City tax
$6 00 plus State tax
$3 00 plus State tax
Electric Cart rental fees
18 Holes $9 50 plus State tax
plus 500 City tax
Special Rates
(a) Special package for electric cart rental and green fees
during summer months only
Monday through Friday -all day $11.00 plus State tax
Sat, , Sun., & Holidays (afternoon) $11.00 plus State tax
The above rate will carry an exemption from the 500
City tax on golf cart.

City Manager, effective no earlier than April 15th, with termination
thereof no later than November 29th,

per 18 Rotes, throughout the year.
Senior Citizens
(ri) lmcept for annual prepaid golf course green fees,
the green fees for senior citizens, 62 years and
older, who are City residents, are one=half the
amount stated above. ,L.Cireen fees for Miami Springs
Coif Course for senior citizens, who are Miami
Springs residents, are oneihalf the amount stated above."
Section 2. All ordinances, code sections or part thereof in
conflict herewith, insofar as they are in conflict, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. If any section, sentence, clause, phrase, or word
of this ordinance is for any reason held or declared to be unconstitional,
inoperative or void, such holdings or invalidity shall not affect the
remaining portion of this ordinance.

Enclosed for your review and forwarding to the Law
Department is a draft of a proposed ordinance revising
the fees charged at the City of Miami golf courses.
These revisions are minimal and are comparable to
other golf courses throughout the County:
1. Electric Cart Rental
Summer months currently $8. 00, proposed increase
to $8. 50 *
Winter months currently $9. 00, proposed increase
to $9. 50
Private Carts
currently $1. 50, proposed increase
to $2. 00

* Rates are subject to additional 50 City Tax.
It is the recommendation of the Department of Leisure Services
that the enclosed Proposed Ordinance, revising Section 39-13.1'
