AND BY MAKING THE NECESSARY CHANGES IN THE ZONING

OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT; AND CONTAINING A
SEVERABILITY PROVISION,
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its;..
meeting of October 18, 1978, Item No. 3, following an advertised
hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 51-78 by a 7 to 0 vote
recommending a change of zoning classification as hereinafter set
forth; and

Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, theITER NO. Zoning
Ordinance for the City of Miami be, and the same is hereby amended
by changing the zoning classification of Unplatted Land, being
approximately 438 S.W, 17th Avenue, from C-4 (General Commercial)
to R-4 (Medium Density Multiple), in conjunction with Dade County
Department of Housing and Urban Development Project Dade 8-11,
Housing for the Elderly; and by making the necessary changes in the.
zoning district map made a part of said OrdinanceNo. 6871 by,
reference and description in Article III, Section 2 thereof,
