W. 21 STREET tUNTIL REQUIRED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE PLAT. WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of Public Worka. have recomfiended the acceptance of the plat; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMT, FLORIDA: Section 1. The plat entitled "T. R.
