FOLLOW"
WHEREAS) there exists a contract dated May 24 1978
between the City of Miami and D.M.P. Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed)
and D.M.P. Corporation has furnished the required documents
certifvinr that all bills for labor and materials have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of
Public Works recommend that the comnleted work be accepted
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF nImT, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work rerformed by D.M.P.
Corporation for N. W. 10 AVENUE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PAVING
OJECT at a total cost of $52,944.55 is hereby approved.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized to pay $4,998.19 to D.M.P. Corporation
as full and final nayment for all work performed and all
materials furnished in connection with N. W. 19 AVENUE
COMMUNITY DEVELOP1ENT PAVING PROJECT.

Resolution for Final Payment
(for November 9, 1978
Commission Meeting)
D.C.P. Corporation has completed the project consisting of
Constructing roadway, including asphaltic pavement, concrete
curbs and gutters, sidewalk, covered ditch drainage system,
and landscaping; on N. W. 19 Avenue from N. W. 20-21 Streets
and N. W. 21 Street 200'4- east and west of N. W. 19 Avenue.
The original contract amount was for $53,652.52, but the com-
pleted contract amount is $52,944.55, and it was completed
on time.
It is now in order for the Commission to accept the completed
work and authorize final payment, after all conditions are met.
THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDS THE ADOPTION OF A
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK ANTI AUTHORIZING A
FINAL PAYMENT OP $4,998.19 TO D.M.P. CORPORATION FOR N. W. 19
AVENUE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PAVING PROJECT.
