WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Ordinance No. 8716 on October 26, 1977, establishing resources and appropriations for the implementation of capital im- provements in the City of Miami, Florida, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1978; and WHEREAS, amendments thereto were Ordinance No. 8734 on January 11, 1978; Ordinance No. 8745 on January 24, 1978; Ordinance No.8772 on March 9, 1978; Ordinance No. 8829 on July 27, 1978; Ordinance No. 8844 on September 14, 1978;and Ordinance No. 8850 on September 28, 1978; and WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 2-66 of the Miami City Code, the Planning Department has prepared and submitted to the City Commission a Capital Improvement Program, which identifies the expenditures and revenues of all proposed capital projects valued at $20,000 or more for the program period 1978-1984; and WHEREAS, the administration has abstracted certain projects proposed to be, undertaken in fiscal year 1978-79 with General Obligation Bonds funds and with some City funds, and included them in this proposed appropriations ordinance, as re- quired by Sections 30 and 34 of the Miami City Charter; and WHEREAS, provisions have been duly made by the City Commission for Public Hearings on the proposed ordinance before the City Commission as a Committee of the Mole and Public Hearings thereon were held; and WHGRFAS, the City Commission has reviewed and amended the Capital Improvement Budget and has approved appropriations as herein set forth; NOW, THEREFORE* BE IT ORDAINED JW THE COMMISSION Or THE CITY OF I'3IANI, FLORIDA; Section 11 Section 1 of Ordinance Nos 8716, adopted October 26, 1977, 1/ as attended, is hereby further amended ih the following particulars:` "Section 1, The following appropriations by fund ate made for the impletttentation of the municipal capital improvements of the City of Miami., Flotida, fot the fiscal year 104448 197am.19.2/The sources of teveftie to support these appropriations ate ciao identified A. Section 3. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 8716, adopted October 26, 1977, as 1/ amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars: "Section 5. All previously appropriated projects with capital improvement and construction funds are hereby continued through FY 1449-48 1978-79. Section 4. If any section, part of section, paragraph, clause, phrase or word of this ordinance is declared invalid, the remaining provisions of the ordinance shall not be affected. Section 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinances, insofar as they are inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 6.
