PER PLANS ON FILE, CONSISTING OF-9 DWELLING UNITS
IN 5 SEPARATE STRUCTURES, ZONED R-2 (TWO VAMILY),
GRANTED BY-ZONING'BOARD RESOLUTION .N0: ZB 114,48;
WHEREAS, ARTICLE XXXII of the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance No 6871 permits an extension of a Conditional Use by
the City Manager with approval by the City Commission, for a one
year period; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends a one year extension
of the Conditional Use granted by Zoning Board Resolution No.
ZB 114-78;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: "DOCUMENT IM'EX

Conditional Use Planned Unit Nature (PUN) as listed in Ordinance
No. 6871, Article VI, Section 1(4-A)(a), to permit construction of a
residential development on Lots 8, 9, and 10 less W10' JACKSON
PEACOCK'S SUB (4-71) and Lot 6, Block 1, HIGHWAY PARK (40-29), being
2941-51 Bridgeport Avenue & 2928 S.W. 30th Court, as per plans on file,
consisting of 9 dwelling units in 5 separate structures, zoned R-2
(Two Family), granted by Zoning Board Resolution No. ZB 114-78,
be and the same is hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14 day of DECEMBER 1978.

ARTICtt XXtli of the. Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance No. 6871 provides
that any Conditional Use shall expire six months after the effective
date of the Conditional tfse unless a Building Permit or a Certificate
of Use has been issued based upon the Conditional Use. The ordinance
further provides that the City Manager may, after review and determi-
nation that st*pstantial progress has been achieved by the applicant
in terms of project planning, extend the expiration date of the Condi-
tional Use for an additional period of time not to exceed one year,
subject to approval of the City Commission.
This Department finds no objectionto the granting of
of time for this Conditional Use.
We are requesting the City Attorney's office, by copy
to prepare the proper Resolution for this extension.

solution granted in the letter dated June 21st, 1978 from the
Department of Administration,- be extended for one (1) year as
outlined in the concluding paragraph:
This extension of time is requested in order to complete the
necessary work for the commencement of the project.
